3. Custom Pricing

4. Third-Party Coordination
While V.N. 1452 coordinates with trusted suppliers and certified installers, clients acknowledge that these third parties operate independently. V.N. 1452 is not liable for the actions, performance, or warranties of any external service providers. Clients may be required to sign separate agreements directly with these parties.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon within the signed contract. All fees must be paid in accordance with the contract schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our custom consulting and coordination services, V.N. 1452 does not offer refunds once a project has commenced. Clients are advised to carefully review contracts and proposals before approval.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared between V.N. 1452 and its clients during consultations, assessments, or project planning will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not share or disclose any sensitive business or personal information unless required by law or expressly authorized in writing by the client.
8. Data Collection
V.N. 1452 does not collect, store, or process personal data from clients through its website or any online forms. Any communication via email is handled in compliance with general data privacy standards.
9. Service Territory
Our services are available exclusively within the European Union. We do not engage in projects outside the EU.
